What You’ll Do

As a Junior Project Manager at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the coordination of multiple high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Working alongside architects, builders & clients to support the formation of lasting professional relationships.
• Helping to manage project timelines and budgets, focusing on attention to detail.
• Supporting field installation crews and learning effective communication and management skills.
• Assisting in documenting and managing project changes.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and assist in managing multiple projects.
• Interested in working with architects, builders, and homeowners.
• Keen on developing skills in managing, documenting, and adapting to project changes.
• Motivated to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
• Familiar or willing to learn about construction documents and blueprints.
• Interested in A/V equipment and installation processes.
• Professional, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Benefits & Perks

• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Location: Norwalk, CT / On the Road
• Pay: $65,000 - $78,000 per year
• Paid Time O ff : 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)
