Dental Assistant – High-Volume Practice

Location: Glen Burnie or East Baltimore, MD

Position Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join a high-volume, fast-paced dental practice in the Glen Burnie or East Baltimore area. Position Overview:

The Dental Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Utilize advanced technology including:
• CBCT
• All-on-X workflows
• 3D printer
• Facial and intraoral scanners
• Provide excellent chairside patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of CBCT, All-on-X, 3D printing, and scanners strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and professional
