About the Role

Teikametrics is looking for a Retail Media Strategy & Growth Manager to accelerate growth across our most strategic customer relationships.

This senior, client-facing role combines retail media expertise, executive consulting, and commercial ownership. You’ll partner with leading brands to develop full-funnel media strategies, identify growth opportunities, and translate recommendations into measurable customer outcomes and incremental revenue.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of retail media experience, significant hands-on expertise in Amazon Advertising and Amazon DSP, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial growth. Experience with Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP is strongly preferred.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Retail Media Strategy & Optimization

• Own retail media strategy across strategic and enterprise brands, identifying opportunities to improve growth, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Develop full-funnel strategies spanning Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, streaming TV/video, audience activation, retargeting, and measurement.
• Advise customers on media investment, budget allocation, campaign architecture, and audience strategy.
• Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other data sources to analyze performance, uncover insights, and inform investment decisions.

Commercial Growth & Customer Expansion

• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and media expansion opportunities across strategic customer relationships.
• Build business cases connecting Teikametrics’ technology, services, and media recommendations to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Customer Success throughout discovery, solution development, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Lead commercial conversations, address objections, and convert strategic recommendations into incremental media investment and closed revenue.

Executive Advisory & Subject Matter Expertise

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Director, VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders, leading strategic reviews, investment discussions, and executive presentations.
• Translate complex advertising and marketplace data into clear, actionable business recommendations and constructively challenge strategies that limit growth.
• Bring deep expertise in Amazon DSP campaign architecture, audience strategy, optimization, measurement, and emerging Amazon Ads capabilities.
• Use AMC to inform audience development, customer journey analysis, attribution, and incrementality.
• Advise on Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP, partnering with internal teams to align strategies with evolving marketplace capabilities.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail media, e-commerce advertising, programmatic media, or performance marketing.
• Significant hands-on Amazon DSP experience and a strong understanding of full-funnel Amazon Advertising.
• Experience managing meaningful media budgets for established or enterprise brands.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing commercial opportunities, including new business, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding media investment.
• Proven experience developing media strategies, presenting investment recommendations, and advising senior client stakeholders.

Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP experience is strongly preferred. Relevant Amazon Advertising and Walmart Advertising certifications are an advantage.

• Growth in retail media investment and DSP adoption across strategic customers.
• Incremental revenue generated through upsell, cross-sell, and media expansion.
• Customer retention and account growth.
• Adoption and business impact of strategic recommendations.
• Development of repeatable strategies and best practices that strengthen Teikametrics’ retail media capabilities.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to: skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
