DP World is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound and outbound operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and serving as a key connection between customers and operational teams. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, inventory expectations are met, and customer and carrier reporting is completed consistently. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and stay organized while managing changing operational priorities.

What You'll Do As the Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams to support order flow, scheduling, planning, reporting, and overall service performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day reporting throughout the lifecycle of customer orders
• Building strong working relationships with key customer contacts and understanding their daily business requirements
• Coordinating scheduling and planning activities to support inbound and outbound operations
• Processing and managing customer orders through internal systems, including EDI feeds and manual order creation
• Ensuring orders are picked and processed on time to meet customer expectations and KPI requirements
• Monitoring inventory levels and helping ensure inventory expectations are maintained
• Completing weekly and monthly customer and carrier performance reports accurately and on time
• Communicating effectively with customers, carriers, operations teams, and other key stakeholders
• Assisting with resolving customer concerns and operational issues in a timely manner
• Supporting additional logistics and operational activities as needed

What We're Looking For Customer service experience within logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or planning Ability to build strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong Excel skills; experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Strong attention to detail when handling orders, inventory, and customer reporting

About the Role How you will contribute Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders. Build a close working relationship with the Key Account control tower staff staffing through understanding their day to day business requirements and servicing accordingly. Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content. Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations. Ability to communicate both internally and externally with the customers and stakeholders. Process order set up via preferred internal system to include but not limited to EDI feeds or manual creation. Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations. Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner. Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table is a plus) used for tracking and analysis. Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment. Ability to multiitask effectively
