Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical Network), is partnering with a highly respected inpatient rehab organization seeking a Nurse Supervisor to support a close-knit rehabilitation team near Woburn, Massachusetts.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversees the nursing staff and overall clinical operations of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital system
• Oversees personalized patient recovery plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Serves as the primary liaison between nurses, physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and case managers to streamline the patient's recovery trajectory.
• Manages department budgets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current, active, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation starts at $46 per hour but can be significantly higher based on years of experience
