Responsibilities:

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Must have availability between the hours of 3pm-7pm during the week.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Registered Interns may also apply.
Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.) and working with diverse populations
Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal
