Founded by clinicians in 2015, Ellie Mental Health is dedicated to destigmatizing mental health. With a growing network of clinics and franchises, we aim to break down barriers in the mental health industry. Each Ellie clinic is an individual franchise that is independently owned, bringing local expertise and care to the communities we serve.
We offer a scalable pay model with competitive compensation, comfortable, furnished offices, and a supportive clinic environment. Our comprehensive benefits include flexible scheduling, CEUs, and an inclusive workplace. We provide centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching. Our company culture is rooted in creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity.
Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and maintaining treatment plans, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with a dynamic team, utilizing creativity in interventions, preparing documentation, maintaining a caseload, coordinating services, and attending meetings and trainings.
Qualifications include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences, clinical licensure, experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, experience in various therapeutic modalities, and full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels.
