MASTER TECHNICIAN

MASTER TECHNICIAN (Full Time) Location: Wellington, FL 33414 Responsibilities Technician will repair and maintain a variety of agricultural, lawn maintenance, and construction equipment. May be required to go into the field to service equipment. Demonstrate skills from basic mechanical work to complex diagnostics of modern computerized systems. Provide own basic tool kit, use product support software, maintain work order systems, write reports, exercise safe practices, and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience working on agricultural, lawn maintenance, or construction equipment. Mechanical knowledge, preferably on Z‑tracks and 2‑stroke equipment. Certification in automotive air‑conditioning. Read hydraulic schematics and diagnose hydraulic faults. Read electrical schematics and diagnose electronic faults. Diagnose and repair diesel engines. Experience with telematics (desirable). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain files and perform basic data entry. Ability to work in fast‑paced, extreme environmental conditions and meet deadlines. Team building and self‑motivation. John Deere Master Technician certifications and capstones.
