Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that the GEP SMART solution design is cohesive, scalable, and aligned with the client’s business objectives, enterprise architecture, and technical standards. As the technical and functional design authority across modules, the Solution Architect bridges the gap between business needs, platform capabilities, and technical constraints to deliver an integrated and future-ready solution. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end solution architecture, validating module configurations, reviewing integrations and dependencies, and supporting governance through design assurance and sign-off processes. Key Responsibilitie sLead the definition of the end-to-end solution architectur e across GEP SMART module sEnsure cross-module consistenc y, interoperability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standard sValidate functional designs, configuration decision s, and integration touchpoint sCollaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and client architects to ensure cohesive desig nIdentify technical constraint s, risks, and dependencies early in the design lifecycl eReview and contribute to the data mode l, workflows, security design, and interface structure sOwn the solution design decision lo g and participate in design governance and review forums Provide architecture guidance throughout configuration, testing, and deployment phases Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or large-scale system desi gnDeep understanding o f SaaS platfor ms and their integration within enterprise ecosyste msExperience designing solutions fo r Procurement, Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management, or SRM platfor ms (GEP SMART preferred, or comparable platforms like iValua, Ariba, SAP, Oracl e)Proven ability to work acros s functional, technical, and business tea msExperience wit h integration architectu re, including API design, middleware, and security protoco lsStrong understanding o f data models, workflows, and access contro lsFamiliarity wit h cloud architectu re, multi-system environments, and enterprise IT governance Preferred Qualifications Experience wi th GEP SMART implementation proje ctsCertifications in architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Archite ct)Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery mod elsStrong familiarity wi th enterprise security mod els, GDPR compliance, and data privacy best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr GEP Worldwide
