Mortgage Loan Assistant

The Elevated Standard Mortgage Group Powered by Loan Factory is looking for an experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to help manage our growing VA mortgage business. Requirements Currently licensed in Texas and preferably licensed in multiple states Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant is required Experience with VA loans is required Experience with VA manual underwriting is required Ability to manage files from contract to closing Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, conditions, and processing Highly organized with excellent communication and follow through Comfortable working in a fast paced, high production environment Responsibilities Assist in managing mortgage files from application through funding Help collect documents, clear underwriting conditions, and communicate with borrowers and third parties Keep transactions moving efficiently to ensure on time closings Support a growing VA focused mortgage business while delivering an exceptional client experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
