The State of Delaware seeks a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor I-III to support transition-aged youth with disabilities in moving from school to community settings and employment. You will coordinate Pre-ETS activities with students, families, educators, and providers to help develop skills for adult life and access to post-secondary education. You will conduct assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, identify barriers, provide counseling, and support job placement while ensuring compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Maryland
