Who are you?

You're a data-driven, hands-on operator who's seen firsthand how clean systems and sharp processes help a go-to-market team win . You've built and helped maintain successful processes in HubSpot, and you hold a high bar for systems that run cleanly and reliably.

You know how to put AI to work for more efficient operations, and you move fast to adopt new tools that help the team. You bring structure and clarity to everything you do, you back your decisions with data, and you're the kind of reliable that a cross-functional team learns to count on.

What you'll be doing

• Requests & feedback - Be the first point of contact for Sales and CS, resolving and routing day-to-day CRM requests while spotting the patterns that tell you what's really breaking.
• Process improvement - Investigate recurring bugs and process gaps to find the root cause, then proactively fix them and roll out improvements that make the GTM engine run better.
• Data hygiene - Keep pipeline, lifecycle, and deal data clean through routine checks, deduplication, and validation, so the team can trust the numbers.
• Sales & CS operations - Own the lead routing, onboarding, and retention workflows that Sales and CS rely on to hit their numbers, keeping the engine running so reps can focus on customers.
• Reports & dashboards - Build and maintain reporting that gives the team and leadership a clear, trusted view of performance.
• Automations - Turn manual, repetitive work across sales, onboarding, and retention into automations that run reliably at scale.
• Partnership & growth - Partner closely with Sales, CS, and RevOps, growing over time into more strategic RevOps work.

This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed and Thurs in our San Diego office and Mon and Fri working remote.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

Market-level compensation based on experience: $85,000 - $110,000 On-Target Earnings

Workiz provides a comprehensive benefits package, featuring employee stock options, up to 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage options for employees plus generous dependent coverage, and a 4% match on 401k contributions.

Paid Time Off: 16 days per year (that grows with tenure!)

Sick Leave: 5 days per year.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for (Must Haves)

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations.
• CRM system administration experience, preferably including HubSpot Administration.
• Experience working in an SMB SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience with integrating AI into processes
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without being chased.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness across departments and leadership.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Base44, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
