Asset Management Analyst

YOUR IMPACT: Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage FCP’s business plans Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets Researching and evaluating economic,demographicand real estate market data Leading conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partners Conducting property site inspections and market tours (travel may berequired) Creating financial analyses, including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculations Creating memos for presentation to senior personnel Coordinating/managing due diligence review and closing process for various transactions Assistingwith arranging and closing debt financing Presenting property performance to the entire firm quarterly YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Property Management or related field 0to2yearsrelevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset management Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strongproficiencywith Excel,PowerPointand Word.
