Multi‑Site Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) | Briarstone and Bellamonte Apartments (Tacoma, WA) Position Overview Schedule – Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm PT; flexibility for additional hours may be required. On‑Site Requirement – Physical presence at the job location(s) during scheduled hours. Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work. Current residents of the property are not eligible. Property Information – Briarstone (157 units, garden‑style, built 1993); Bellamonte (120 units, garden‑style, built 1991). Compensation Package $25 to $27 per hour Bonus incentives: Monthly leasing bonuses Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits (employer pays 85 % of premiums) 401(k) contribution with annual company match Paid sick leave: 1.33 hours per 30 hours worked (≈ 11 days per year) Paid vacation: starts at two weeks, increases with tenure 11 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of choice What We Offer Competitive starting wages Commitment to diversity and inclusion Positive work environment valuing employee contributions Fun culture with team‑building activities and events Comprehensive training programs and development opportunities What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service (required) 1+ year of experience in multifamily/student housing within the last 10 years (preferred) Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws, Landlord/Tenant Laws, and ADA laws (preferred) High school diploma or GED (required) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in effective communication and teamwork Positive outlook and collaborative team approach Responsibility and pride in work Fluent in English, strong reading, speaking, and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Your Role Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight property/units selling points Handle tenant relations and ensure all issues addressed promptly with high customer service Maintain knowledge of the current area market Prepare and maintain reports for managers Host community events and ensure compliance with quality standards Assist residents through the entire rental process We are an equal‑opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
