American Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) for the Briarstone and Bellamonte Apartments in Tacoma, WA. This on-site position requires a commitment to customer service and significant interaction with prospective tenants. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing laws, as well as experience in multifamily housing. The role includes touring units, handling tenant relations, and maintaining positive community engagement.
