Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Morrisville, VT, responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and preparing regular financial reports and analyses for leadership and clients. The Finance Manager will review and refine accounting processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as accountants, auditors, and business partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and risks, supporting cost-control initiatives, and contributing to the development of financial policies and best practices. The person in this role will help guide financial planning, provide data-driven insights, and promote strong financial governance across the organization.\n
Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or accounting leadership role, preferably in a firm or consultancy environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
