Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong background in Boomi integration development
• Proficiency with JavaScript and Groovy
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and infrastructure considerations
• Experience with monitoring, dashboarding, troubleshooting, and cost-conscious process optimization
• Demonstrated technical leadership capability
• Experience with AI-first development, including AI-assisted and agentic development approaches
• Comfort working with clearly defined inputs, outputs, business rules, and validations in an AI-enabled development workflow
• Nice-to-have experience with Boomi Event Streams, Flow, API Management, and other advanced platform features
• Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, and enterprise databases
• Familiarity with governance models and Integration Centers of Excellence
• Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including EC2 and supporting integration environments
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and workflows

• Evaluate our current Boomi implementation and pinpoint gaps
• Define and introduce architecture recommendations, standards, and best practices
• Review the teams technical output and provide direction
• Set a consistent technical course across our Boomi environment
• Act as the main technical escalation point for the team
• Collaborate closely on technical choices and prioritization
• Provide technical leadership without direct day-to-day people management
• Encourage cross-training and shared technical knowledge across the team
• Create basic troubleshooting procedures to reduce reliance on individual developers
