Key Qualifications:

• Hold valid certification in Special Education
• Experience supporting students with severe behavior challenges
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet students’ diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a classroom of four students exhibiting significant behavioral needs
• Deliver targeted instruction tailored to individual learning and behavioral goals
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and crisis de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Monitor, assess, and document student performance and behavior
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment conducive to growth and learning
