Job Title: Shipping / Receiving Worker  

Pay rate:  $27.00/hour on W2

Location: 7900 Foundation Dr. Florence, KY 41042

Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

DESCRIPTION:

§ Employ safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirements
§ Reconcile Inbound orders against 3PL data
§ Reconcile Inventory between SAP and the 3PL’s WMS
§ Reconcile Outbound shipments to ensure closure within 24 hours
§ Monitor ICR (inquiry, change request) document and execute order change request
§ Shipment building, delivery creation and modification
§ Will be called on to work closely with 3PL & Transportation resources
§ Monitor EDI and Non-EDI communication to/from 3PL
§ Resolve EDI and Non-EDI errors by using various SAP transactions and employing investigative skills
§ Respond to various inquiries from CS concerning order statuses
§ Create reporting to monitor past due transactions
§ Create POs in Ariba as called upon by Warehouse management and reconcile invoices
§ Monitor OT shipping by running SAP transaction
§ Lines up SAP T/L shipping dates with 3 PL shipping date
§ Facilitate Rush orders as requested by CS
§ Can be called on to execute inventory management transaction
§ Provide external support to other US shipping plants
§ Participate in all LEAN Initiatives
§ Maintain shipping volume reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

● Technical Skills : Must be able to work in Excel proficiently utilizing Vlookups, and all other formulas to support data mining and data analysis.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving operations, with SAP experience strongly preferred. Experience in a Diversey warehouse environment is a plus.
