Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree in a relevant quantitative discipline and at least 5 years of data analytics experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• We need strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• We need proficiency with statistical tools such as Python, R, or SAS, as well as querying languages like SQL.

• We need the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• We shape data science and analytics strategies, including recommendations on analytical products and standards.
• We help partners define business problems and scope analytical solutions.
• We build our understanding of problem areas and available data assets.
• We research, design, implement, and assess analytical methods and models, including GenAI-based approaches.
• We perform exploratory statistical analysis and data mining across varied datasets.
• We communicate findings and blockers to stakeholders to support delivery.
• We develop subject matter expertise in financial and operational areas.
• We code solutions using strong programming skills.
• We collaborate across teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
