Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We need strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot, including building and consuming REST APIs.
• We need proficiency in ReactJS, Python, and at least one additional language such as Go or TypeScript.
• We need strong capability in data modeling, pipeline architecture, and enterprise storage.
• We need hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models to address domain challenges.
• We need experience building and operating microservices and event-driven architectures.
• We need practical experience with cloud and container technologies, including AWS, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• We need experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code, especially Terraform.
• We need advanced skill in defining KPIs, building visualizations, and presenting data insights to senior stakeholders.
• We need demonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools in the work environment, with the ability to set expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• We need a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security standards; experience coaching senior engineers or leads on compliant usage patterns and controls is preferred.
• We value experience with front-end and full-stack development using React and Node.js.
• We value familiarity with AI/ML developer tooling such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and Claude to improve engineering workflows.

• We build and maintain cloud-native services on AWS using ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

• We lead the creation and production of KPIs, metrics, and analytical reporting so globally distributed teams can make data-driven strategic decisions.
• We partner with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technology consumers to document and execute data target architectures, framework guidance, and long-term technical roadmaps.
• We improve reliability and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, observability, and continuous optimization using SRE practices.
• We automate repetitive work and modernize existing code paths through CI/CD pipelines to reduce operational toil and risk.
• We use AI/ML developer tooling such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and Claude to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity.
• We drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while establishing measurable validation standards and encouraging reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.
• We apply knowledge of tools within the software development life cycle toolchain, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered through automation at scale.
