Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

Fox Subacute at South Philadelphia, a leader in long-term care for residents with complex respiratory needs, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) . In this role, you will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, help ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, and support compliance and reimbursement activities. This role is a hybrid position and a wonderful opportunity for a skilled RNAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure MDS assessments are completed accurately and on time.
• Review medical records, care plans, and assessments to confirm that documentation supports the care provided and associated reimbursement.
• Ensure the facility follows guidelines for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance programs.
• Monitor case mix to help ensure the facility receives appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
• Provide insurance updates related to resident care and services.

Qualifications

• RN License
• Prior RNAC experience is required.
