We are seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our employed team in Enfield, CT. Position Highlights Enjoy 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health integration, and direct access to Baystate’s extensive multispecialty network. Practice within a large integrated health system while maintaining a collaborative, community-based practice environment. Work closely with experienced Physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team. Utilize a state-of-the‑art EMR with dedicated technology support. Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care with access to integrated behavioral health and specialty services. Flexible scheduling with full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees. Salary Range: $128,000 - $175,000 Qualifications: Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post‑graduate clinical experience, with primary care experience strongly preferred.
