Physician - Primary Care / Post-Acute CareLocation: Western, MA Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living & Memory Care Schedule: Monday-Friday | Round-and-Go ModelPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute settings. This role offers a flexible round-and-go schedule, clinical independence, and opportunities for additional income through Medical Directorships.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide primary care to geriatric and post-acute patients.Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.Conduct examinations, manage medications, and order labs/imaging.Coordinate care with nurses, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals.Visit assigned facilities approximately twice per week.Participate in limited rotation-based call coverage.Opportunity to serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities.QualificationsMD or DO with training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.Active or eligible Rhode Island medical license.Active DEA license.Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred.New graduates with geriatrics or post-acute exposure may be considered.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Compensation & BenefitsSign-On / Relocation Bonus - Negotiable3 weeks vacation2 weeks sick time6 paid holidaysMedical & Dental InsuranceOccurrence-Based Malpractice Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanAdditional income opportunities through Medical DirectorshipsOption to sell eligible call shifts
