About the Position

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Wisconsin

Position Overview

• Clinic based primary care focused on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in partnership with patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, prescribe medications, order and interpret tests, and provide patient education within scope and licensure.
• Some locations may require travel or phlebotomy.

Schedule

• Shifts vary; see shift schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Completed master’s degree NP or PA program from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum three years primary care practice experience.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) required.
• NPI and DEA required.
• Current national board certification required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
