Primary Skills: SAP S/4HANA Finance / FI-CO (Expert), SAP Fiori & CDS Views (Advanced), Finance Business Processes & Reporting (Expert), SAP Finance Application Implementation & Support (Advanced), Data Validation / Reconciliation & UAT (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only) Pay Range: $78 - $81 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior FI/CO Analyst – Finance Applications to design, implement, support, and continuously improve technology solutions for Finance and Record-to-Report business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, Fiori, finance reporting, and financial business processes, with the ability to work closely with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams. This role will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, production support, reporting, data reconciliation, and cross-functional project leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve Finance applications and Record-to-Report business processes. Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable SAP Finance solutions. Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions and related Finance applications including SAP BPC, SAP RAR, HighRadius, bank interfaces, and ServiceNow. Lead cross-functional requirements sessions, solution discussions, project meetings, and status reviews while providing functional and financial design leadership. Develop and maintain functional specifications, business process flows, reporting requirements, application documentation, and internal control documentation. Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, integrations, interfaces, enhancements, data validation, reconciliation, UAT, and production issue resolution. Must-Have Skills 5–10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for Finance organizations. Strong hands‑on functional expertise with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI/CO, including experience with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA). Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Record‑to‑Report, and financial reporting processes. Proven experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, coordinating UAT/testing, and supporting Finance application implementations. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP CDS Views, SAP BPC, SAP RAR, HighRadius, bank interfaces, and ServiceNow. Experience with financial/regulatory reporting and familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP requirements. Experience collaborating with globally distributed Finance and IT teams across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong project management, organization, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to influence Finance stakeholders, manage multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Experience coaching and mentoring business and application teams while maintaining application standards, internal controls, and governance processes.
