SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are seekingHome Care Aides (HCA)in Stark County to provide hands-on care for clients with higher medical needs.

This isnot a typical HCA role. Our caregivers work with a diverse range of clients and provide a higher level of engagement and support than traditional settings. We are looking for individuals who are not only experienced, but also adaptable, attentive, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Home Care Aides are the lifeblood of our agency. To be a Legacy HCA means exuding the highest level of professionalism and compassion as you interact and meet the needs of the clients we serve.

The clients we serve need general assistance in daily living and maximization of human potential. That includes meal prep and feeding, bathing and toileting, hygiene, housekeeping, transportation and more. Our agency has a hands on management team that is there to train and support you initially and on an ongoing basis so that you can assist your client to the best of your ability.
