Successful candidates will be effective communicators and relationship builders who can partner with stakeholders across the organization to promote compliance, support safe workplaces, strengthen emergency readiness, and advance sustainability initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive EHS experience, preferably supporting corporate, technology, semiconductor, laboratory, or other high-tech environments.
- Experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites, regions, or business locations.
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience conducting compliance assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
- Experience developing and delivering EHS training and communications across multiple sites or locations.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, influence stakeholders at multiple levels, and take initiative to drive practical solutions with a track record of communicating progress and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to travel throughout the region (approximately 25%).
