Director, HR - Join a $45B Industry Leader!

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic HR leadership for the Materials and Structural Analysis business, partnering with senior leaders across Global Service and Finance organizations. The role focuses on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development in a complex global environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational performance
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- Develop and implement talent strategies for leadership development, engagement, succession, and retention
- Apply people analytics and business insights to anticipate organizational needs and shape solutions
- Coach leaders on effectiveness, team building, and capability development
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strategic HR partnership experience with senior and executive leaders in global matrixed organizations
- Business and financial acumen with ability to translate business priorities into people strategies
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and workforce planning
- Executive presence with ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships across functions
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with HR technology and analytics experience
