We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain meaningful experience working directly with active buyers while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who wants to spend time in the field, sharpen their client skills, and develop a solid foundation for growing a productive real estate business.

You will assist buyers as they tour homes, explore different neighborhoods, and compare properties based on their needs and goals. Each showing provides an opportunity to improve your market knowledge, become more comfortable discussing homes with clients, and learn how productive agents create a professional buying experience.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will receive coaching and practical guidance while learning how to prepare for appointments, communicate with buyers, maintain consistent follow up, and stay organized as clients move through their property search. You will also gain valuable exposure to the steps that take place as buyers progress toward offers, negotiations, and transactions.

The experience you develop through showings can become a foundation for expanding your real estate business. As your skills and confidence grow, you can strengthen client relationships, create additional buyer opportunities, generate referrals, and continue developing toward greater responsibility within the transaction process.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Working Rights in the USA
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
