Responsibilities and Expectations You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. Preferred Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40–55 hours per week. Basic bi‑lingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
