Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team selling sheds, carports, steel buildings, and other outdoor and steel structures.

This is a commission-based sales position for a Sales Representative that will work with customers both in person at our physical location and remotely through phone, email, text, and online inquiries .

The ideal candidate has a proven sales background, is highly comfortable using a CRM, is computer literate, communicates exceptionally well, and knows how to turn leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage a incoming sales leads and phone calls on a daily basis.
• Contact new leads promptly and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
• Sell sheds, carports, steel structures, and related products.
• Assist customers in determining the best product, size, style, and options for their needs.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, product information, and sales presentations.
• Conduct sales consultations both in person and remotely .
• Build rapport with customers and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize closing opportunities.
• Manage and update all leads, customer information, activities, notes, and sales opportunities within the CRM.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities from initial inquiry through completed sale.
• Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and confidently.
• Stay current on product offerings, pricing, promotions, financing options, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other team members as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through delivery and/or installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on closing sales.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have :

• Previous professional sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close sales.
• Experience working with a CRM system and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use new software quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and confidence communicating with customers.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls, leads, and customer interactions every day.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers and sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, making follow-up calls, answering questions, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale. You should enjoy working with customers and be able to quickly establish credibility and trust.

This position is not a passive sales role . The successful candidate will be expected to actively work their leads, maintain a full pipeline, follow up consistently, and pursue every legitimate sales opportunity.
