IT Desktop Support Engineer Our client, a rapidly growing publicly traded technology company, is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to join its Workplace Technology and Enterprise Operations team. This individual will provide responsive technical support to employees across a global organization, supporting desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, software applications, endpoint technology, and user access. The ideal candidate has at least four years of desktop or IT support experience, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, and a customer-first approach. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to IT projects and service improvements while delivering a best-in-class employee support experience. Insight Global
