Our rapidly expanding custom cabinet and millwork company, Signature Woodworking, with over 26 years of excellence, is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team as a CNC Operator We specialize in crafting custom commercial cabinets for a variety of settings, including office buildings, clinics, and restaurants. 

Position : CNC Operator

Compensation : Based on experience.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Signature Woodworking is looking for a CNC Operator to run and maintain our CNC equipment in a fast-paced commercial millwork shop.

The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC machinery in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load materials and monitor machine performance.
• Read and follow cut files, labels, and production documents.
• Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and basic maintenance.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with machining and production teams to maintain workflow.

Qualifications:

• CNC experience required.
• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or panel processing preferred.
• Ability to lift materials and work in a shop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Preferred Experience:

• Biesse CNC experience is a plus.
• Cabinet Vision or similar software experience is helpful but not required.
