Optum Colorado in the Denver area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Evergreen clinic team. This outpatient role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care to adults with support from Epic EMR and a physician-led team. You’ll manage patient care, document thoroughly, and coordinate with specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. The ideal candidate has 1+ years NP/PA experience (preferably in primary care), holds Colorado APRN/PA licensure, and #J-18808-Ljbffr UnitedHealth Group
