Postdoctoral Associate – Kner Position Details: $55,000-$70,000 salary, funded for 2 years with possible extension. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Location: Athens, GA. Responsibilities Development of Structured Illumination Microscopy System (50%) Preparation of manuscripts and reports (20%) Mentoring and supervising graduate students (20%) Lab management (10%) Qualifications PhD in Engineering or Physics Background in optics research Experience with imaging and optical microscopy preferred Strong optical design and analysis skills Strong programming skills in Python and LabVIEW Effective communication skills Additional Information Position is exempt under FLSA.
