Litigation Attorney | Attorney Friendly Billable Structure | Up to $170K Base + Bonus | Nassau County (Remote)
\n \nI am currently working with a National firm who is actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice for their Long Island office. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

\n \nThe Role
\n \nSupport Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
\n \nPerform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
\n \nDraft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
\n \nContribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
