Order Management Specialist The Company: Kinter is a family business obsessed with making retail display hardware easier for our customers. Summary/Objective: The Order Management Specialist supports the needs of the business by meticulously handling order entry, coordinating work orders and truck schedules, managing inquiries via email, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and strategically documenting project details. This role is 100% on-site. The pay range for this role is fixed at $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Essential Functions: Input customer orders into the ERP system. Facilitate order expediting for the sales department. Generate and schedule work orders for the warehouse. Address customer service inquiries concerning orders, predominantly via email. Guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of all orders. Strategize and document all elements of a designated project. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Able to function well in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Education and Experience : High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service and/or project management experience is preferred. Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds. Ability to make repetitive movements, including moving of the wrists/and or fingers, bending, or squatting. Work Environment This position will work indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. Travel None The Location: Kinter is located on the outskirts of Waukegan, just minutes from Gurnee and Wadsworth.
