The Opportunity

You will lead individual residential HVAC installation projects while guiding and developing an assigned helper. This role allows you to showcase your layout skills and technical expertise in a supportive, family-oriented environment. How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead individual residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish with the support of a helper.
• Layout and implement custom residential HVAC installations according to job specifications.
• Perform complete installation procedures for home heating, cooling, and boiler systems.
• Guide and mentor assigned installation helpers to maintain quality workmanship on every job site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain system operations and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain high safety and installation standards across every residential job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Proven expertise in laying out and implementing complete HVAC system installations as well as many split units.
• Practical knowledge of residential boiler installations and hydronic heating systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to guide and work effectively alongside an installation helper.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Direct experience or cross-training in residential plumbing workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of modern high-efficiency HVAC equipment and boiler control systems.
• EPA license a plus
• Growth-potential within family-owned company
