Position: Customer Service Representative (401k– JP224627)

Location: Forth Worth, TX (Fully Onsite)

Contract: 10/5/2026 – 10/4/2027 (Potential for Extension or Permanent Placement)

Pay Rate: $21.00/HR, Paid Weekly

Shift Availability: Multiple Shift Available Below

Training: Held Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST. Upon completion of training, employees will transition to the schedule selected at the time of the offer.

Retirement and Benefits supports participants in employer sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Provides participants with clear information on their accounts, guides them through how to execute transactions, and completes error free processing of financial transactions.

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM CST
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST

REQUIRED skills-

REQUIREMENT of 2 or more years of customer service experience and below skills.

ATTENDENCE IS A MUST IN THIS ROLE!
• Must possess the skills to navigate between multiple screens/systems and keep the client/internal partner fully engaged, while quickly and accurately typing relevant notes and information
• Computer Literacy and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is a REQUIREMENT
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high call volume, and constant changing call center environment
• Strong communications skills, great grammar, and the ability to communicate with management, peers, and clients
• Robust customer service skills and the ability to resolve and de-escalate difficult situations and prevent client dissatisfaction with respect and poise
• Positive attitude that embracing coaching as an opportunity to improvement in current role
• Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information in a responsible manner.
• Ambitious and self-motivating

CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED

Workplace Expectations:

• Cell Phones: The manager will review designated areas and approved times for personal phone calls.
• Dress Code: Professional business-casual attire is required for both the interview and the assignment.
• Attendance: Consistent daily attendance is required. Employees must follow the proper call-out procedures and notify the attendance line, direct supervisor, and staffing vendor of any absence.
• Punctuality: Employees are allotted up to 16 hours of time off during their first 90 days. Candidates are strongly encouraged not to schedule time off during training.
• Training Environment: Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual training while onsite. Please do not bring personal comfort items, such as blankets, into the workplace.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
