Analytics Engineer

OpenKyber, Inc., (OpenKyber), is searching for a Social Media Analytics and Operations Coordinator for a contract assignment with one of our premier investment management clients in New York, NY. 4 days per week onsite. Role & Impact This role will support the global social media program with a primary focus on social media analytics, reporting, and performance insights, and a secondary focus on social media operations and governance. The individual will help evaluate how organic social content performs across global channels, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into practical recommendations that improve future content, campaigns, and stakeholder decision-making. In addition, this person will help manage the operational backbone of the global social media program, including publishing workflows, platform administration, recordkeeping, account governance, vendor coordination, and compliance-related processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities: Social Media Analytics, Reporting & Insights Own recurring organic social media performance reporting across global corporate channels, including campaign, channel, audience, and content-level analysis. Translate social media metrics into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for marketing, communications, and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, benchmarks, and performance summaries that help evaluate the effectiveness of social content and campaigns. Identify audience behaviors, engagement drivers, content themes, and platform trends that can inform future social strategy and execution. Monitor competitor activity, industry best practices, and platform developments to surface relevant opportunities and risks. Partner with internal teams to assess campaign performance, summarize learnings, and recommend optimizations for future social media activity.

Social Media Operations, Publishing & Governance Support the day-to-day operating model for global social media channels, including publishing workflows, approvals, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Help manage backend social media operations, including platform access, account onboarding and offboarding, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and governance controls. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to support content approvals and ensure social media activity follows applicable policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain and support global social media standards, operating procedures, and governance documentation. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on social media processes, platform usage, publishing requirements, and governance expectations. Support ongoing improvements to social media workflows, reporting processes, documentation, and operational controls.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of major social media platforms, digital marketing, organic content performance, and emerging content trends. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate performance metrics into actionable business insights. Experience with social media management, publishing, listening, or analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to streamline recurring workflows, accelerate reporting and insight generation, improve content and approval processes, and connect activity across social media, analytics, and operations platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once. Comfort working in a regulated, process-oriented environment where governance, approvals, and documentation are critical. Bachelor's degree required. 2-4 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, social media operations, content strategy, marketing analytics, or a related field. Experience developing performance reports, analyzing campaign results, and using data to generate recommendations. Experience supporting social media publishing workflows, governance processes, or platform administration is preferred. Agency experience or experience coordinating with agency partners is a plus.
