Analytics Engineer

NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Reporting Analytics lead -SAP Datasphere and SAC Details: Reporting Analytics lead -SAP Datasphere and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Location: Houston, TX onsite Duration: 6-12 months CTH The Business Solutions Manger - Reporting and Analytics (R&A) will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the technology for the R&A value stream. This role will focus on establishing and aligning key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes. The position offers significant responsibility, requiring close collaboration with leaders and stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and successful execution of cross-functional projects.

Detailed Description:

• Service as a Technical champion for transformation within R&A, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Analyze data from various systems using advanced statistical techniques to generate insights that inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive share service reporting strategy that aligns with business goals and improves data-drive decision-making across our client's enterprise.
• Define future state technology solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and support our long-term reporting strategy.
• Support end-to-end (E2E) processes and global transformation initiatives for R&A, aligning with business objectives.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, providing relevant information to decision-making at the leadership level.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for the processes within R&A.
• Oversee process governance within R&A, ensuring effective transformation management and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Support the roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and buy-in from all relevant parties.

Job Requirements

• Expertise across capabilities within R&A and understanding of business and user needs.
• Proven experience implementing SAP reporting solutions, such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, utilizing various SAP reports and other BI tools with a focus on automation and optimization.
• Strong data and analytics acumen.
• Understanding of the systems and toolsets relevant to the functional area, ensuring effective integration.
• Expertise in cross functional integrations between SAP Modules and applications.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BI/BW, or other tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Subject matter expertise on SAP driven solutions for business requirements.
• Strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs.
• Proven collaborator with ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to thrive under time-sensitive deadlines, maintaining a calm, solution-focused demeanor when faced with challenges.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing tasks with many distractions, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet challenging deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications.
• 10 + years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP development and reporting building, and/or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP Reporting, BI, and Datawarehouse.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification or other certifications related to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience creating, maintaining, and integrating to data warehouse and data lakes.
• Experience with OneStream.
• Experience with BI Tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience leading value streams during SAP implementations or providing long-term support to R&A.
