Maid Right is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as House Cleaners. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evening hours unless requested.

Our cleaning system is both effective and easy to learn, so you can quickly become proficient in your role. You will work on a team of two cleaners to ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
Work collaboratively with a team of two cleaners
Follow our Maid Right cleaning system to ensure consistency and quality
Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies

What we’re are looking for:
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and social security card
Able to commute to Norwalk, CT
A high degree of attention to detail
Positive attitude
Motivated hard worker
Team player

Physical Demands
Requires frequently: Standing, carrying and/or lift 15--20 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, sitting for long periods, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments.We pride ourselves on our non-toxic and eco-friendly services, which exceed our clients' expectations.
