Construction AP Specialist — Detail‑Oriented & Growth

Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable sector of the accounting department in processing bills and coding ledgers. Responsibilities Process bills including matching against vendor purchase orders General ledger coding for general and administrative bills Coordinate weekly contractor payroll processing Run the weekly check run, and coordinate with management for approvals and signatures Review vendor statements and follow up with operations and vendors for resolution. Process and send 20-day preliminary construction notices Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) QuickBooks Online experience (preferred) Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal skills Meticulous attention to detail Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently Must be able to prioritize and work quickly and accurately Highly motivated individual that is detailed and organized Career Level Dimensions Accounting experience (preferred) Construction industry experience (preferred) Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Employment Details Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday Location: Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $23-$25 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Encoreaz
