Job Summary Millworks Door Builder Pay : $24.43 - $29.12 Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm Location : Woodinville, WA Responsibilities Building doors accurately, safely, and professionally in a fast‑paced environment. Ensuring the quality of material before shipping. Verify material backorders. Inform management and purchasing agent of material needs. Moving product within the warehouse, with a forklift if needed. Promptly report all accidents/incidents. Serve as a member of the safety committee as requested. Keep area clean and organized. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to speak, write, and read English. Ability to read a tape measure. Mobile in warehouse environment. Able to move heavy awkward objects. Operate all machines and tools necessary to complete door orders. Follow instructions and work independently. Work amidst a busy work environment. Puncture‑resistant, slip‑resistant shoes made of leather or composite material required. Interpersonal skills: work cordially, professionally, diplomatically, with high level of customer service. Demonstrate sound judgment and identify process improvements. Excellent communication at all levels; effective verbal, written, e‑mail, telephone, public speaking. Strong focus, planning, organizational and time‑management skills; manage changing priorities and multiple projects. Function independently, part of a team, and lead within cohort with positive attitude and strong work ethic. Think and respond quickly, positively, and professionally to constantly changing circumstances. Manage stress and interact effectively with others. Working Conditions Primarily a warehouse environment. Primary working hours between 6AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday. Expected to work 40 hours per week with weekends and overtime as needed. Physical Requirements Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Lift up to 100pounds; lift, push or pull 50pounds or more frequently. Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
