Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The role involves building relationships with dermatologists and office staff, delivering clinical messaging, navigating reimbursement, and supporting product launches across a Los Angeles-area territory.
Responsibilities
- Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
- Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
- Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
- Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
- Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
- Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement navigation
- Demonstrated data-driven decision making, strategic thinking, and digital engagement capability
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 annual base salary
