Outreach Case Manager: Housing & Services Navigator

Ascencia is a Glendale-based nonprofit offering homelessness services, outreach, and case management. The Outreach Case Manager connects with individuals experiencing homelessness, builds trust, and links them to housing opportunities and services in the greater Glendale area.
