Housing Navigator & Case Manager for TAY Youth
Upward Bound House
Upward Bound House in Los Angeles is looking for a Case Manager & Housing Navigator. The role involves building relationships with at-risk youth and helping them secure permanent housing while providing life coaching and case management services. The ideal candidate will have experience in social work, strong communication skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a master’s is preferred.
