Our client, an industry leader in outdoor equipment manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Outdoor Equipment Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and operational processes that ensure high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble metal plates and components for outdoor equipment
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Credential requirements: 100035, 100044
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery
