Property Manager

National Church Residences is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in operating a senior affordable housing community. You’ll handle daily admin tasks, respond to residents, and ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC and Section 8 programs. You will support leasing activities, manage inquiries and maintenance requests, and help prepare occupancy and financial reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, and familiarity with property management #J-18808-Ljbffr
